DIMES...

So Black Friday has gotten me into a bit of trouble.  Dimepiece Designs website was running a special where your entire purchase from their website was 40%.....which resulted in me not being able to pay my bills...aww...such is life.

So.... above is the quote that sent every activist to go into a tailspin?  I think people are being a little over dramatic.  What do you expect from one of the world's most famous models who became so popular due to her waif figure. The second she may appear to have gained an ounce people are giving her shit about that too. Also, it seems quite similar to Karl Lagerfeld's quote- "Fashion is the healthiest motivation for losing weight."  I suppose Karl's quote is put in a more delicate manner...yet the message is still the same.  Let's face the facts...this is what the fashion world is based on and it's not going to change anytime soon...so get over it....just saying.

Jeremy Scott Spring 2010 RTW Collection

I personally think Jeremy Scott can do no wrong....others would disagree.  His Spring 2010 RTW Collection has gotten mixed reviews.  His collection seems to be highly influenced by the Flintstones.....down to the bones in the hair.  I love almost all of it.  Here are a few pictures so you can be the judge.

Makayla's Nike Dunk Hi Skinny

I am really feeling these Nike Dunks.  This shoe is a result of a collaboration between Nike and the Doernbecher Children's Hospital.  Nike offered several children being treated at the hospital an opportunity to design their own shoe.  This design was done by Makayla Hansen and it turned out super fresh!!
